I accept all major Credit Cards, Electronic Payments, FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts)

payments, and HSA (Health Savings Account) payments  

Insurance

California – Now Accepting Aetna, Cigna, Optum, and United Healthcare (Oxford, Oscar Health, UMR, etc.) Insurances
     I am an out of network provider for all other insurances.  However, I can provide Invoices, Statements and Superbills

for you to be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.  Please call with any further questions.
